Case Study : Book summaries of bestselling books on Leadership and Business Management for a Belgium consultancy, Jan 2008 - ongoing
- Opportunity
To identify and write summaries of the main ideas presented in best-selling Leadership and Business Management books.
- About the Project
Our client required us to
- Read through recent, major works on Business Management and Leadership
- Identify the key ideas presented in the books
- Summarize them so that readers can understand and learn from
- Present all the information in a specified, easy-to-read format
The goal of the project is to provide readers all the information, ideas, analyses, examples and guidelines given in the best-selling books of the present age in a concise form, written in a simple language that anybody can understand.
In this way, readers who do not have the time or inclination (and sometimes even expertise) to read through the various books and understand all the concepts, can benefit by getting the essence of the books in a concise format.
- Solution
We identified an average of 20 core concepts from every book and created comprehensive summaries, each within 300 to 400 words. Each summary is packed with information, analyses, practical guidelines and relevant examples.
We have created summaries for dozens of books since the project began and we have extensive capacity to take on similar sized projects and give our customers a speedy turnaround.
